No representations, warranties or guarantees whatsoever are made as to the accuracy, adequacy, reliability, completeness, suitability or applicability of the information to a particular situation. 16. In addition to a normal Computer System and necessary hardware, Subscribers are required to have an installed working copy of Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6.0 or above or any other compatible web browser. The web pages are not guaranteed to display in any other format.
17. The Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of India. The Courts of law at Pune shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement.
